The Seacoast welcomed me a couple years ago when I settled in Exeter, NH with my husband Jim, and our two Labrador retrievers.
I began the World Lifted while deployed a few years ago to reach out to people who want to be ‘lifted up’ while not only reaching their fitness goals but also learning how to effectively take care of their health. In addition to a studio training environment, The World Lifted caters directly to your home in the seacoast area. Basic equipment is encouraged but not needed. Packages offer but are not limited to consultation, fitness assessment, goal oriented workout plans, periodization, meal plans, and education.
I began personal training in 2008 and worked for several years in the Philadelphia area in a private studio setting until I joint the United States Air Force Reserves in 2010. During my time in the Air Force I deployed three times to the Middle East as an inflight refueler (Boom Operator) on the KC-10. Concurrently, I graduated form Temple University’s College of Health Professions with my degree in Exercise Science and Physiology. I have made physiological adaptation a passion, implementing the practice on my own life as well as teaching others. Examples of this would be training and coaching for specific events such as power lifting, sport specific training, running races, or body building. All of which require different fitness plans and pathways to succeed.
My past experience and current hobbies include, multiple USAPL competitions, Temple University’s Cycling team, having competed in the Dubai marathon, multiple halves, soccer, Strong First Kettlebells, snowboarding, and equestrian (currently dressage with past disciplines of hunt seat and english pleasure).
When not being physically active I enjoy being with friends, painting, and playing piano. I still try to keep travel a part of my life as I have recently transitioned out of the military.
I hope to be a fundamental resource in your life’s journey in addition to learning about you to help you meet your goals.
