The Seacoast welcomed me a couple years ago when I moved here to Exeter, NH with my husband Jim, and our two Labrador retrievers.
I began the World Lifted while deployed in 2016 to reach out to people who want to be ‘lifted up’ reaching their fitness goals or want to change their overall direction of health.
In addition to a studio training environment, I can cater directly to your home. This has been particularly beneficial to new parents with young kiddos or for seniors looking to stay healthy but prefer the ease of their home. Basic equipment is encouraged but not needed. My packages offer but are not limited to a consultation, fitness assessment, goal oriented workout plan, meal plans, and overall education.
I began personal training in 2008 and worked for several years in the Philadelphia area in a private studio setting until I joined the United States Air Force Reserves in 2010 as a boom on the KC-10. Concurrently, I graduated from Temple University’s College of Health Professions with my degree in Exercise Science and Physiology. I recently transitioned into the Air National Guard here at Pease Air Base early 2020 as a boom on the KC-46.
When not being physically active I enjoy being in the company of my husband, our handful of pets, and our friends. I also enjoy live music, breweries, painting, and playing piano. Naturally, travel and the military keep me quite busy as well.
Over the years I have competed in a multitude of sports to include, USAPL competitions, Temple University’s Cycling team, the Dubai marathon, many half marathons, soccer, Strong First kettlebells, snowboarding, and equestrian events. Coaching for specific events such as power lifting, sport specific training, races, or body building require different fitness plans and pathways to succeed. I hope I can be a fundamental resource in your life’s journey in addition to learning about you to help you meet your goals.
